Welcome to Whaaaaale''s Feedback Thread.

I created this thread, as a way of helping out for the community. I haven't been able to continue with my level in LBP for a long time, and I won't until the bugs are fixed, but in the meantime I might as well do something around here. So this is what I decided to do! Note: This has nothing to do with the review threads at all! I am strictly leaving extensive feedback on levels, I am not reviewing them.


Rules:

1 - Only one submission per person. Once your level is finished, you may request feedback for another one.

2 - You must post your level, in the format I provide. If you don't it will be ignored until you repost with the proper format.


Level Title : *Title should be written exactly the same as the level.*
PSN : *Please leave your PSN, do not forget because I will ignore the request if you do.*
Forum Username : *Pretty self-explanatory*
Simple Description : *Anything that you want me to know about the level, for example, "Yes, it looks a bit plain at the moment but it is in it's beta stage." This way, I'll know what to suggest and what not to suggest.*
Link : *This is optional, if you want your feedback to be left on your thread, this will be needed. Otherwise, leave it blank and the information will be PM'ed to you.*
PM or Thread? : *This determines whether not I PM the feedback to you, or leave it on your thread.*

If anyone wants to know, I always leave positive/constructive feedback, I was once apart of the Spotlight Team, but I left. I simply left because I didn't have the time needed to constantly play levels. With this though, I move at my own pace ( which will be quick, no need to worry ) And I will be able to keep up with everything going on in my life, without having to worry about CC being on my case ( I joke, I joke )

kudos to you posting this whaaaale, great job and nice initiative. I was about to post one of mine but i think you've played them both. But pretty sure you completed / enjoyed them both.

also btw idk if you hearted my zomg zombiez but i think you hearted my other one for sure zombie onslaught. and i ended up deleting the original and republishing to fix an exploit and modded it out a little bit so if you want give it a whirl again; i just added a special effect for at night time XD (AKA kind of fishing for another heart from you )		2009-01-29 22:32:00

Level Title : Welcome to the Flip-Side
PSN : Trindall
Forum Username : Trindall
Simple Description : Platforming level intended to be easy to moderate and is the first of three Flip-World levels. (Progressing in complexity in each succeeding level.) Play through the top of the level until the titular flip which, well, flips the level 180 degrees and then play to the finish line along the distinctly different bottom of the level. The level has gone through a lot of updating from previous input and it in a final state. (I'm fixing any issues raised but not adding more content.)
Link : No link yet on this forum and I thought it may be bad form to post a link to another LBP forum. I'm also waiting for Sheep-Lord to finish making the movie of the level and posting it to YouTube before I make a Level Showcase post.

Level Title : Alien Escape (I don't know how to type the two double arrow symbols around the word "mini-level" on the title)

Simple Description : Never was sure what to do with this mini-game sort of level... it's brutally chaotic, and would be too difficult an intro or sequeway in a full level but I have tons of therm left. I've tried to tone down the movements but there is no inbetween - it's either a bucking bronco or a calm ripple. Make sure you use R1 to grab on your way down.

hello Orca! ill put my best level on the spot.. its a Metal Gear Solid themed level. ive put in 100+ hrs into this and still updating it regularly.

Level Title : Kid Rocket's Revenge

Simple Description : Final Chapter of a trilogy. Basic story up to this level... Mad scientist takes over a space station, tries to blow up the planet, you stop him in the first level - his wife starts pumping out rocket powered robots and seak revenge out of the family robot factory, and you stop her in the second level... now the kid in the family is sending the earth into an ice age by blocking out the sun, and you have to try to finally stop this crazy family once and for all.

Simple Description : The level is done but I'm open to suggestions. The thermometer is on the verge of overheating (literally adding anything overheats it), so I can't add anything, but I can change/remove things. Also, after over 200 plays, no one has beaten it, (no scores on scoreboard) so be ready for a challenge.

Simple Description : Sequel level to "Hobo Wizard", so the story will make more sense if you've played that first. Anyway, this is a fairly challenging, pure-platforming-plus-some-winch-swinging level set in vaguely trippy environments. The level's designed first and foremost for one player.

Wow, that's a lot of requests. I'll get started right away.

Okay, I got 218 and Factory of Mystery Part 2 done. Only two yes, but I have visitors coming in about 20 minutes, and I don't want to be rude. Plus these levels were HUGE, took a lot of it out of me. Not in a bad way either.

Simple Description : A lot of people say it's really hard, so I warn you that it probably is. It was meant to be not that easy though. It's also quite long, around 20 minutes. And I'm not too good at making things look stunning, I hope it's ok though. Designed for 1 player.

It was a lot harder than it is now and I received a lot of feedback, fixing this and that, but I'm not yet satisfied.
Warning: it may happen that a crystal randomly glues itself in certain points and I can't figure out how to solve this!

Oh crap! Totally forgot about this thread!

Guys I will get to your levels sooner or later, but right now I have let my friend borrow LBP for a while, it might be a week or two until I get it back, so you'll just have to wait. Sorry!
