Ok, the rules are pretty basic. Someone starts off by telling a riddle. People respond quoting that riddle and try to solve it. The first to solve it is told so and they have to say a riddle and tell who answered theirs first and so on. Alright, so what runs, but doesn't jog. Has a bank, with no money. Has a mouth, but no face?

The first 99 floors of the building are underground so there is an iceberg effect (probably wrong but it makes sense I think). In case I'm right, An investigator finds a tape recorder next to a dead person. He pushes play on the recorder and the tape inside runs audio of the person leaving a suicide note from start to finish. When it concludes, he stops the tape, rises and decides that this was more likely a murder than a suicide. Why?
