I have trouble making an arm for a controllinator item.

I was making a mech, and got a leg type(one with the single block, with a motor bolt, and two legs connected at the end with a bolt), but I want to make a arm, which where the problem arises.

You know that one fighting level with the "21st century feels so fine" and the mechs with the punching and kicking action?

I want to replecate it's arm fuctions, with the block and punch action.

I can't explain much, but can anyone help me?

Hi N-k12,
I've never played that level, but if your trying to make a 'punching arm, think of how a real arm would work.
Start with the upper body. onto that, put a forwar/backward motor bolt. this connects to the block for the upper arm, then where the elbow is, attach a sprung bolt, set to a forward facing 90 degree angle (like a real elbow). this bolts to the forearm and hand.

Next, open your controllinator chip and from the button output you want for that arm punching, wire it to a sequencer. On this sequencer make it a very short sequence at a quick speed. On the sequencer place 2 batteries, one after the other. Wire the first into the shoulder motor bolt, and the second to the elbow sprung bolt.
Now when you press the button it will firstly activate the motor bolt to swing the arm forward, the the elbow sprung bolt triggers to bring the forearm up.
Of couurse, you will nee to adjust timing and positioning, but that should help.
Sorry im not at ps3 to be more help.

Just think like the way the body works:-
eg. Shoulder and hip would have full motion = motor bolt forward/ backward
Elbow and knee would be a 90degree angle of motion = a sprung or wobble bolt

If you need a full free, 360degree (or any angle) swing, use a normal 0 strenght bolt. Then trigger a mover on/off. This will give inertia to the swing around the bolt.
