ReVITAlizing LTTP

Hey there everyone

I have started to work on a level recreating Zelda: A Link to the Past on lbpv. It's using all of the original sprites from the game and I'm essentially trying to make it look as good as possible. I'm also having some MAJOR problems with the thermometer. I've just finished walking, rupees, and health, but the thermometer is already halfway full. I do plan to use level links, but I can't imagine how the attacks would be any more efficient. I suspect that this comes from the large amount of corners in the link sprites (will probably end up reducing them). I'm also next to clueless on how to make good music using music sequencers, so I may need help with that. If you're interested in helping me make this level, add me on psn @ShadowArtcticWolf.

Peace

UPDATE:

Hey again

Here's a quick update:
-A few of link's basic actions are complete now, including movement, attack, and object interaction.
-Still many things to complete such as grabbing and items usage.
-Health, magic and rupees(obtaining them, anyway) are complete.
-Thanks to Gwaeron's help, the thermo issue has been solved.
And also please inbox me if you are good with music sequencers.

Peace

Hey !
Nice to see that someone finally decided to do this ! I got the solution for your problem ! Corners are very laggy, so don't put your sprites in your level like that. My method :

1- Make your own sprites with sticker panel, and group them together.
2- Take a photo (in-game screen capture) of your bunch of sprites&tiles.
3- Put you photo on a sticker panel
4-Cut the sprites on it
5- Make some adjustments with the grid to be convenient to use...

This perfectly works : here are some screenshots of what I've done with it (it uses a really few thermo))
