maybe with piston to point to some place and when it stopped (u dont press it) it does some action. Hold button to raise the meter or press button to stop the meter DETAILED DESCRIPTION POWER 1 When I press and hold a button the power bar raises, when I release it, the power bar stop there. inside the pistons controls are options such as forward backward. power. speed scale. and what u might be needing is "positional" with a timer output into the piston input. have the timer set for forward/backwards as its power control option. with the "x" output into the timer input. thats what i got from this riddle description u left....

Check. out LBPlanetorials Heath bar tutorial. It tells you use to have a full timer on speed scale, and use batteries connected to directional combinders.
