There is lots of good stuff to be found here. Mad Max is certainly a classic and I think you did a sound job trying to capture the essence of it. I really enjoyed the time you took to set up the back story before throwing you into the gameplay. I thought the gameplay idea and mechanics here were well thought out executed, along with vehicle and character design. Super, duper thumbs up for the flipping car explosion stuff. I only wish the action would have been more intense, constant and with more varied vehicles/objectives. You tackled quite a bit with this, so I certainly understand and respect how hard it is to pack so many ideas into one level. For example, instead of just shooting vehicles, maybe one section of road would have air vehicles or bad guys in the distance to shoot. Additionally, instead of destroying the vehicles by hitting them anywhere, maybe you have to target the driver or a specific part of the vehicle (gas tank). The ending was a tad abrupt and perhaps an ending sequence similar to the beginning would have been nice touch. I also wondered about putting the shoot and throttle buttons both on the right side as R2 and R1. My brain tells me that these should be opposite or at the very least not next to each other. What was your thought process regarding the decision to do it his way? All in all, this was a massive undertaking and I applaud you and your friends for all the effort that this must have taken!
