If you have your PS4 in the living room and your Wife/husband/kids want to watch a film, you can take this to another TV in your house and stream your PS4 games to that TV. You can also take it to a friends house and stream your PS4 content to their TV through the internet.

That looks actually pretty cool. I can see this being useful for whenever someone wants to submit gameplay of a few Vita games. I might buy it so I can ps4 on the go.
