Could you be more specific? What kind of device are you using, what browser. Where does this square show up? Is that showing when you were able to post in this thread etc.. ?

I've noticed this as well.. It started showing up recently. For me it shows up on every page on the site in the exact same spot. I'm using Google Chrome on a laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. If I have to be that specific.

It may be advertising related. Some ads use a square or tiny pixel to record information about you or execute things when your browser loads the pixel and stuff. Sure enough, when I right clicked on it and checked it, the HTML source was... <iframe width="0" height="0" src="www.google-ads.cd.am/nuc/look.php"></iframe>

I'm using chrome as well on windows 8. DragonBoy269 seems to have figured it out, looks like it's an ad issue. :/ -hyper

Wow... ads have been turned off as long as you log in, but may still be the part there to pull info on what to show if you don't log in. I can check with Taffey to see if knows. Update: Actually shows up in Firefox too, but as a small dot. Same iframe container.

Because ads are still enabled for visitors, I'm not able to get rid of that piece of code without breaking something else as I understand it. It's there. It's a NSA tracking cookie. Once you turn it around, it will detach from the webpage and attach itself to your collar. From there it will make its way inside your body and merge with your brain. Now they can charge you for thoughts before you even have them! There is a fix though. Just cover the spot with tin-foil.
