I come in pieces

*taps mic* Is this thing on? Caution, this thing's lengthy.

Greetings LittleBigPlanet Central! I come to thee from the PSP version of LittleBigPlanet. I am known alternatively as Rayn Sideways or RaynIG521 (I'm pretty new to the actual community, so I don't know exactly know which names people can find attached to me)

I wasn't very interested in LBP until I acquired LBP PSP from a Playstation Network free offer. I decided "Why not?" and quickly realized I had been missing out. I was blown away by the ability to create my own levels, and LBP's unique dimensions made it easy to create clever and intricate gameplay.

I spent a lot of time working on PSP levels, and I authored the "Robots!" series which, to my surprise, gathered a hundred or so plays per chapter--I found it refreshing to be in a community where your content actually gets looked at.

I've always loved to create things. LittleBigPlanet PSP allowed me to express any random creative urges I had, yet when I compared it to the console versions, I realized there was a lot that I couldn't do.

Then, I heard of LittleBigPlanet PSVita. The epic editor of the consoles....PORTABLE?!?! Of course, this required me to get a Vita, but I have no regrets. Now, on the Vita, I can get inspired by anything and create anything. I feel right at home with the Vita's editing tools, and immediately realized that my environment and platforming creation skills from the PSP had transferred over brilliantly--I felt like I was immediately churning out story-quality environments (of course, *I* would say that).

I've got quite a bit of ambition in store for my upcoming levels, and I hope that I can become a well-known creator in the community. I'm already producing a sequel series to my "Robots!" series, and so far it's filled to the brim with colorful environments and wacky, over-dramatic storylines.

It's good to finally formally join the community.

UP NEXT: 500 edits as I discover all my spelling errors and omitted details.

Haha, it's nice to meet you Rayn! I find it funny that I was actually excited to read such a long introduction because most people just leave a few words. Anyways, I'm glad to see that you've joined into the LBP community and I'm sure that continuing on the Vita was one of the best decisions you could have made! So was joining our forums! I ho[pe that you'll be able to find what you need, but we're here to help you on mostly anything that you may need, just ask! I hope to see you around and Welcome to the Central!!! 2013-09-04 00:16:00

Thanks for the warm welcome! This is what I like--the community is so responsive.

I played Spore for a long time and felt like it was really hard to reach out to the rest of the community there. Here, it's almost a smaller world. I look forward to filling the community with new content!

I would play all of them, but I don't have a PS3 (that's why I stay on handhelds)

Plus, I like being able to take it with me. Being able to take out the vita and tweak a level in my spare time is awesome.

Thanks! LBP PSP is great for the PSP, but of course doesn't compare to the vita version. Still, I like to go back to it once in a while. After the huge change of the vita version, it makes me feel almost nostalgic.

If you're ever in the neighborhood, the series is simply "Robots!" with a gear icon. (Gotta clarify since I'm sure there are a bazillion other robot levels)
