Glitched Sack-eating plant costume

Yep, I bought the Patapon costume a few day ago and the Sack-Eating Plant costume, well... seems like has been glitched:

I can't use it, but LOOK! I CAN DELETE IT!

I deleted it, and Guess what! Now I Can't download it:

I downloaded it in the Playstation Store, but, the Costume don't appear:

But LOOK! In the DLC list of the game you can see the Sack-Eating Plant costume there!

Have you restarted? Also try redownloading it from the playstation store not the LBP store2013-09-03 03:53:00

Just a quick update to let you know that we've pinpointed the cause of this issue and we should hopefully be able to roll out a fix for it in the next LBP PS Vita patch (date tbc).

Let me know if you're having any problems with any other DLC costumes on LBP PS Vita.		2013-09-06 12:33:00

You can't wear any hair with the "sphynx head" (big cat ears) from the cat's costume pack in LBP vita, and equipping it automatically removes any hair you're wearing. But on LBP2, it allows you to wear the sphynx head with most hairstyles. Is this ever gonna be fixed? Being a bald cat isn't any fun ^^		2013-09-06 18:30:00
