If you had a superpower or superpowers, what would they be? It can be any power, including the power to make pizzas in one second. If I had superpowers, I would like any power based on air or wind. I can fly, run really fast, perform super jumps, and jump off high distances without hurting myself.

I've always thought being able to stop time around you with just your mind would be really cool, as long as while time is stopped you don't age, and you can bring other people with you by doing something corny like in movies; holding hands or just both be touching somehow in general. You gotta be specific just in case you ever get granted a wish, all those wish granting creatures seem to have a 'catch' involved. Gotta be prepared y'know? Don't want to wish for an air or wind power to end up having your arms replaced by chicken wings becoming some kind of chicken-man. Chicken Man, the man with the power to fly for an amazing 10 seconds! Stopping time though, You'll never 'not have the time' ever again, and you can be as young as you want for as long as you want without the complications that come with being immortal; Never being able to die, seeing everyone die eventually, gets rid of all that doom and gloom stuff you don't want. Plus when you think about it, you also get super speed and invisibility thrown in, by stopping time you're essentially infinitely fast and completely undetectable. I thought about saying the power to control reality like a lucid dream, but then that could get weird if you get confused with what's reality and what's a dream. Maybe if I was granted more than one wish I'd have this power but only for maybe a couple of days, then I'd lose the power.

If I could choose any superpower, it would be having an IDE on my computer where I can edit reality's source code in real time (coupled with the insane knowledge it would be required to understand such a thing). You could start with small things, like creating a new object from scratch, then editing its properties, make it have a modified gravitational pull and such. Then move onto bigger ventures, like slowing down time, optimizing existing objects and even manipulating other's thoughts via their brain pulses. The catch? If you have ever programmed you know that missing a character can give horrendous results.

If I could choose any superpower, it would be possession of a method for evocation in my tome whereon I may affect change in the world by my will (coupled with the arcane knowledge that would be required to understand such mysteries). Ye could start with such small things, as precipitating new objects from the aether, changing their inherent nature, yet to make them fall faster than they might, such trivialities. Then grander, to slow down time, perfect existing objects as lead to gold, even to manipulate the constitution and desires of others by the humours. The catch? A foot awry and you face the wrath of the spirits, as all magicians are weary to know.

The power to predict exactly luck based events such as a lottery. So for one I would know the lottery numbers for every draw. I would then use the money to give people mind control over cats everywhere. Mwahaha.

I would want an extraordinarily strong power of hindsight, so whenever something bad would happen, I could immediately see what went wrong and how it could've been prevented from happening. Yeah and flying. Those two things.

Stopping time definitely has to be the best power ever short of omnipotency, but the responsibility that'd come with it scares me. It'd be pretty hard not constantly falling to the temptation of stopping everything for hours at a time, and that doesn't sound very healthy. Lately I've been fantasizing a lot about Instant teleportation. With it I could go back to my country and see my family whenever I wanted. I would create my own job: a super-fast, reliable delivery service for people who want their stuff to be delivered instantaneously, wether it's to 5 blocks away or to the other side of the world. I would visit all the interesting places and cities I wanted. I could even be the first man on Mars. I'd just put on a spacesuit and teleport there. But at times, I'd just go somewhere normally without teleporting. Because sometimes it's all about the journey, not the destination

It would be cool to have powers like those in the new InFamous. Even if they wouldn't be very helpful. But since you can choose everything, I would coose everything! Stopping time, being invicible, reading other people thoughts, flying and everything Superman can do. XP And everything controllable through yourself, so you can die someday, and won't get bombarded with all the casual thoughts from people around you.

I would consider that the power of stopping time more like a sort of "adrenaline rush", where you can actually think and act so fast, it seems that time has stopped around you. If someone freezes time dies for some reason, will time be frozen forever? I guess that depends on how the person activates the power? ie do they have to (metaphorically speaking) "hold down a button" continuously? If so, I'd imagine time goes back to normal when he/she dies. If it's kind of an "on/off" switch sort of thing... then I'd imagine time would stay frozen.

Considering that Momentum is a product of Mass and Velocity, Velocity is Distance divided by Time, and the Time that you are going to take to move your hand to the person's face is minimum; the resulting Velocity will be abysmal, and so will the Momentum. You might even see the person get knocked off in "real time", but actually they're violently hitting the floor. What?

If you put a video in a higher framerate it becomes clearer not faster... sometimes That's you looking at something with your slow eyes, though.
