3 simple override gates (logic)

Sometimes when you want things to activate up until a certain point, or until after a certain point, you would need to know about how to make a shutoff system, and that is what this tutorial will be teaching you 1) Triple XOR gate a. First off you need to take out an XOR gate and set it to have 3 inputs b. Put in your override trigger into two of the inputs c. Put in your default activator into the last remaining slot, and it will function normally until other two inputs are active, and then it will be disabled 2) AND+NOT gate a. take out an and gate and put in default inputs like normal b. after putting in your default inputs to normally activate, then add an extra slot c. in that extra slot put in a not gate, and when that is triggered it will act as an override 3) Flow Gate/Only If Gate a. Take out a microchip b. take out anything that gives out an output c. place a node from that output, and from that node connect it into the input of your output giver d. delete that output piece that you chose e.close the microchip and put in your activator to the microchips input f. put a not gate into the enabling of the microchip and then that not gate will act as an override Please leave feedback, and any problems you found with this tutorial, and thank you for taking time to learn about override gates | 2013-08-15 07:33:00 Author: amiel445566 Posts: 664 |
