Is there a way for a sackbot to use the grapple hook? I don't see an option to allow it but I don't see why they wouldn't be able to use it. Any idea?

You can do something where the sackbot does the exact same animation as you? It is in one of the sack bot tutorials I'm certain.

Well, you can Create some logic to make some kind of sequence that behaves like the grappling hook, but no, the sackbots can't use the original Grappling Hooks power up.

Huh, that's really weird. I could understand not wanting to program how they would use it on their own but not allowing them to equip it? This is a slight annoyance.
