I was wondering can Mm or whoever does contest do a contest every once in a while for this awesome costume? I was told you only get it when a new LBP game comes out and if that's true then i guess I'd have to wait till a new game came out and pray i can get it for my PS3 LBP 2 game.

...but then we would ruin the joke of it being a "launch" day costume. Regardless, the crew here have no current plans of using this costume as a prize, we have crowns and pins for that, and even if we wanted to it is unlikely we would get a code as this would defeat the purpose of the costume.

And I wish that I could easily ask MM for the Rare Week-One T-shirts from LBP1 and LBP2... I actually got LBP2 on the release day, but I had no Internet connection at the time so, you know... And the one from LBP1 I have even less of a chance of getting! Anyways, it shouldn't be too long before the Astronaut suit comes back around!

I think I got the costume when it was available for the first anniversary of the original game so who knows they might do that again for the fifth. Although extremely unlikely.

As far as I know the spaceman isn't released for anniversaries, only new LBP games. I think you probably got it when the PSP game was released because that was just over a year after LBP 1, I believe.
