Metal Gear Solid Pack???

Archive: 4 posts

So I had the Metal Gear Solid pack because I bought LBP1 Game of The Year Edition. Today I realized I haven't play LBP2 in a long time so I decided to boot it up and play. I went to my moon and decided to work on a level I've been working on a while then I get the error message not allowing me to go to create mode basically saying I don't own the Metal Gear Solid pack. The level is basically made of the VLR "fabric". Anyways, what should I do? I changed my HDD recently if that means anything.2013-07-31 23:54:00

does the dlc come on the disc? or did it include a code you had to redeem on the ps store? go to the store page within lbp2 and see if it will let you re-download it, otherwise go to your download list on psn store and try re installing it that way2013-08-01 09:01:00

You should make sure your LBP2 game profile has recently imported all content unlocked in LBP1. Anywhere on LBP2, press start to pause the game, go to Settings, then scroll down until you find the Import LittleBigPlanet 1 collectibles button (it's something like that). Select it and wait for the game files to synchronize. Then resume the game and see if you can now access that content.2013-08-06 17:53:00

I've dealt with the same problem since I didn't purchase the MGS pack from the psn store since it came with my LBPGOTYE, so I have to import it from the first game to use it normally. Keep that in mind if you choose to back up savedata and restore your ps3. Keep your data for both games! You need your save file from the first game to import it and use in the second. You can buy it out the store to cure this, but why buy something you already have?2013-08-18 02:17:00
