Merge Glitch
Archive: 4 posts
I know many people already know how to do this, but this is for those who might not even have a clue this is possible. This is very easy and very useful in some cases. 1. Get out 3 microchips 2. Place the 2 microchips inside of the first one's circutboard 3. Open the 2 chips's circutboard inside of the first one 4. Hold R2 on your popit cursor (Multiple object selector) and selct both the microchips's circutboard that you placed inside of the first microchip. Now you should have the object grasped, and now you are able to merge this into any other object. Simply just put it into another object, delete the microchips and place anti-gravity tweakers. This is very helpful for decorations such as two pincones or stuff going inside of material snow. There are many uses for this object and I hope you make use of this. I hope it works, leave comments on my tutorial on how I did and if it worked Thank you! | 2013-07-25 04:45:00 Author: Caliboy4599 Posts: 67 |
Even though I already knew this, thanks for telling! It should be noted that you must have the Grid Snap set to None to be able to merge the objects. It should also be noted that to keep the two objects attached, you must glue them together. Otherwise, good tutorial! | 2013-07-29 20:40:00 Author: L1N3R1D3R Posts: 13447 |
I feel like I had this once explained over on LBPlanetarium, but I'm glad to be reminded of this way of merging objects. Anyways, I'm still trying to use Comph's Merge Glitch that uses the Hundred-Layer Glass Object and I've only had a few good uses with it! Thanks, for posting this nice tutorial! | 2013-07-30 02:46:00 Author: Bryan_Zuckerberg Posts: 874 |
I am more like a PsVita creator and we have the Dephysicalize tool (MWAHAHAHA) but this sounds quite useful. I do remember having comphermc's merge tool as well though. | 2013-07-30 04:55:00 Author: yugnar Posts: 1478 |
