Hi! This is my first Little Big Planet Karting creation. I used this project to get used to the 3D create tools. I hope to improve my creating skills as time goes on. Feedback is always appreciated.

Changed. Thanks for telling me, I had no idea it was blocked. Kind of strange. Is it blocked as a default? (I haven't touched the option until now)

Yes, you have to specify you wish to share your information via LBPK. Most players don't realise this fact...

I have this level queued and will play it and leave you some feedback soon.

Hey repulsor101 just played your level so now i'll offer my review.

Most importantly, there's 2 spots on the map that really suffer from a cut in framerate due to too much stuff going on.
Spot 1: starts right before the 1st turn after the start/finish line, framerate drops to around 15.
Spot 2: the last corner right before the big swooping uphill section with the 3 jetpacks, another very noticeable drop which makes it particularly hard to post a good time through that area when combined with the speed.

TIPS: You don't need a raging forest to get the job done. A few well placed trees and maybe a rock or two, and some other small filler would be much more visually appealing, and effective at masking the background then a string or cluster of 20+ trees at a time. Also make good use of the map textures as having lots of stuff textured can fill up your texture allotment, and the reason that exists is to try and help prevent things like framerate drop or freezing of the system.

Less importantly, but still important to get players to like it,
I'd say more color variation. Everything on the map is either Beige, Bright Green, or Bright Medium Blue. So nothing really gets seperated and you lose alot of the visual impact of all those trees. And your boat etc under the bridge don't even get noticed unless you fall into the water by mistake and say "oh look boats, neat".

Last, and mainly least important...Banking, get to know the vertical and horizontal shift tools well as they can either make or break your track. There is a few areas where you just wildly fly off the side of a turn because you pop up off that steep lip coming out of it. This may not be a big issue for some players but personally I can't stand to lose 1st place because of a misplaced hill in the middle of a turn. Like I said it's not a huge issue, but smoothing out the track a bit would go a long way.

Well I hope I didn't offend, I'm just trying to offer some helpful tips based on my knowledge of racing games in general, as well as the arts side of things.

P.S. feel free to add me on PSN if you want somebody to playtest and trade feedback with. I'll be releasing my own level here in the next day or two (Once I can figure out how to make a bot follow a path in mid-air :RAWR: ).
