Hello all you Sack Chums, First and foremost Mods, if i am indeed posting this in the wrong area and im fairly certain i am, please don't be mad. Alright, heres the Break Down, if you guys have read my intro then you will know i plan on making tutorials as well as challenges. I have been designing some rather odd and fun logic toys and backdrops, movie sets,and other randomness. i also wish to take a stab at the music sequencer in full detail as well. ( these may be awarded as prizes or free copy along with the main prize. ) Your mission if you choose to accept it is... --------------------------------------------------------- To build a detailed Set Piece/ Back Drop for a Tutorial Level/Video As i wish to use a new Back Drop in each Tutorial Video i'll be making. ( i want to you guys to really use your imagination , think science labs, nuke test sites, Anything you can think of ) The winners will have there Set Piece's and Back Drops featured in the videos. The Rules... ------------------ 1. You must use No more then the second bar on the thermometer. (i'll accept the Third Bar, but the Goal is to shoot for less the Two ) 2. You Must use ONLY Materials, Decorations, and Stickers ( Maybe a few objects, but less then 10 ) NO LOGIC ( You may however place strategically placed blank microchips , Buttons, Levers For the tutorial Set ) The reason is, Because the level is essentially an empty shell for the logic and contraptions i will be making in the videos. Example - someone designs a Backyard set, i might make some lawn tools or some odd thing OR someone makes a futuristic Alien Ship Bridge type Set i might make a tutorial on how to make an alien gun that rewinds time or how to make an enemy tracking radar or... the list goes on of the possibles, purely endless. So the tutorials i will be making i suppose will somewhat reflect the level design of the set Piece but also wont be limited if you guys request something specific. i would just like to use unique and interesting Back Drops Made from the great Minds of this Community. So in closing i would like to say good luck and be creative, be as random as possible if you want , Anything goes As long as you guys follow those basic rules up top thar. Pictures will also be posted when i get back, to demonstrate some examples. Prizes are a mystery at the moment and will be announced when i pick the Winners, But rest assured there will be compensation for your hard work in some form... Even though i hope that's not the ONLY reason you guys like to do competitions. As always use those Brains and Have fun with this. - SeNt from My BraiN -
