A truely beautiful level and among one of my all time favorites in LBP2. The setting is gorgeous and the platforming may give off a bit of a challenge while still remaining enjoyable in the long run. You travel in a variety of directions never staying true to one the whole time. There are no puzzles as the gameplay is grand without it. Even though you stay in one area for quite some time the gameplay varies depending on how you progressed ranging from running on foot, catching a small ride on a platform to the ascension of a dangerous one to carry on to the next area. Of course with all that running around you're allowed to take a small break in a top notch ride into the sky. With the final challenge out of the way, you can kick back and relax as old friends greet you again as you enjoy a impressive light show. As you rise to the gate the level is named after, this unfortunately marks the end as the gate greets you with the scoreboard after it opens. Kinda makes you want a sequel XD! This level is quite a work of art but it still remains a mystery as to why it still hasn't earned it's pink ribbon.... http://lbp.me/v/-gpkr1

this is a great recommendation, but this area is usually reserved for NON members of the site. Hi SirenScribble, biorogue is right, so you should ask a mod to close your thread!^^ But I totally can understand your enthusiasm, and I have to thank you for this recommendation because otherwise I would have missed this level! I've played it two days ago together with a friend and we both have been keen! I've never seen any level comparable with "Gate to the Future" I several times found myself standing there and only watching the scenery with my mouth wide open!^^ This level is unique and its art!^^ And such levels are a reason why lbp2 is the best game ever for me!^^ Many greetings, Jürgen^^

The thread was not fruitless, as about 70 sackpeople saw it. I queued the level myself and, to be honest, even as a member of this site, I usually don't scroll that far to the old spotlights.
