So has the networking aspect of the game improved in the last six months?

| Hi everyone, I have not touch LBPV or my Vita for that matter for over six months. Has there been any improvement in the network performance for things like downloading and playing levels? | The wait time while trying to access published levels was reduced drastically. I cant however vouch for the online connectivity issues people were suffering.
