Hi! You may or may not know me- but I am Radio447. I recently spurred my horse back into LittleBigPlanet (Yea, it was a weird metaphor- I'll be making more.) and shot out a few levels in a little amount of time- but I think I'm getting to that point where I need something new. I've had this idea I've been toying with in my head for a while, but I know it's only the folks of LBPC that can help make it a reality. If you don't want the backstory, scroll down to the bold headline So I'm not exactly naming the idea yet, but I'm sure you already know the idea as that was what you clicked when you viewed this thread. Besides, you're missing out on the details. Lemme give a backstory, eh? So Media Molecule makes the DLC level packs, and they always have those awesome Create Mode features, ex; Wormhole, Sticker Panel, and what-not. But what is the level pack really for? The levels, by George! So then I see all these posts in 'Suggestions' practically forcing Media Molecule to produce some more, or threatening to behead their Sack Thing or whatnot. (Maybe not that, but it was for exaggeration) Then I thought to myself, why does it have to be Media Molecule that makes this Level Kit? They use the same tools as us, minus a hundred-something new materials, objects, and stickers. What if I made my own? Now sure- I can't do this on my own. I'm just one dude, right? If I'm to take a good approach, I need more people. I need Creators, Idea-doers (If you can't create, you have to balance it out with a great imagination, amirite?), moral support, publicity (not yet, though ) and this would almost surely lead to success. (Maybe not success, but a step in the right direction) So just to cap this part of the post, two heads are better than one, and 17 are better than two. Get my point? Sure, it may not be 17 but y'know. Futurama; The Level Series So this may crash and burn as a car driven by my dog may do, but we'll never know if we never try, y'know? So many of you may know that the Futurama Final Episode is quickly coming in. Not quickly, but whatever. I thought I'd do a few levels based off the episodes of Futurama. Here are some of the episodes I'd considered so far; Cutscene 1; "Space Pilot 3000" Level 1; "The Farnsworth Parabox" Level 2; "Overclockwise" Level 3; "?" Level 4; "?" Cutscene 2; "?" Level 5 (Boss Battle); "?" I'm not going to elaborate on how I plan to do the first three, considering this is still an idea and I can't protect it from the certain Nabbers in us who steal ideas, but if you're interested in contributing episode ideas; please send me a PSN friend request- Radio447 and apply using the below application. Now since it is strongly based around Futurama, you may not want to apply if you have no idea what Futurama even is. If you are just a creator or musician, and you are alright with following precise directions, great! That'll work. I may do an interview thing if you're a builder, and have you build something as your trial. Here is what you can apply for if you're interested; -Creator/Builder (You will be working with me on the levels) -Excogitationer (You will be thinking up episodes to be used and work with the designers for level design) -Designer (You will be asked to draw level plans using a few basic ideas, work with Creators and the Excogitationers) (May work on levels to help with Stickers and Decorations) -Publicitizer (You will be in charge of getting the levels known) [NOT NEEDED YET] -Musician (You will be designing the music for the levels; mainly the Futurama theme) -...(More to come) We may have build leaders if the project gets big and we end up having lots of people that can work on different levels at different times. Sounds fun, I would like to help you in the meantime of breaking away from my own levels: PSN: FurryFox1 Applying for: Creator/ Builder Works well with others?: Not precisely when its my own levels, as my ideas should be the ones in it, and not others; not necesarily a bad thing, it just makes me more likely to what you want in the level, and not try to add my own things unless you want ideas Favorite Color: Brown Familiar with Futurama: Slightly; I know Fry, Bender, Lisa, basically all the main characters; Dr.Zoyberg, Professor Hubert, Cant remember the Asian woman's name I hope I can help out as much as possible.
