Starting from a few weeks ago, the dpad has been activating automatically and randomly. I'd be talking to my friends and suddenly my face keeps changing, or in create mode I start undoing a million times. It's happening to my friends too. Is this a bug with the latest LBP update or the latest PS3 update?

Hi dragonboy....Hmmm...thats very strange alright. I'm wondering maybe its your controller itself?. There maybe a contact inside it stuck in the down position. Does it keep scrolling down on a menu? try it on the xmb menu and see. Just an idea buddy.

I don't play any other games...XD I switched controllers and it does it with both. It's very rare and doesn't happen everyday, and it's very random. And it's like each dpad button is being pushed repeatedly super fast. (because LBP face doesn't change just by holding it down)

It sounds pretty odd...try it on a different game. If it doesn't glitch up, its an error caused within LBP2. And if it does, it's the system. Also, it's worth seeing if the same thing happens in the first game. Sorry, but that's as much as I can tell you!
