All of my things keep getting corrupted.

Archive: 4 posts

My stickers, my costumes, my levels, etc. Everything that I make is getting corrupted. If you don't know what I mean, it's basically where whatever you made, for example: a sticker, gets replaced in your popit with an exclamation mark with red behind it. I know that I can keep saving and importing my profile, but that takes too much work and I'd probably forget to do it all the time. My account is one of the newer ones I've made (the new accounts tend to do this more), but going back to my old account really isn't something I want to do.

So if you have any suggestions or solutions, I'd be happy to hear them! :3

Usually when you have an exclamation mark, it means that you have too much objects or decoration appearing on-screen, which causes lag. The game replaces everything he can't display by that mark. Check if your costumes or levels are not overloaded with stuff. It is not always a case of overheating thermo, but just the PS3 screaming: "too much stuff on screen OMG I can't display everything". Try to use the edit tool to get rid of superfluous deco and stickers.

But if the problem is still there while in a blank level or only with few basic decoration, it is a more serious problem.

this has happen to me a few times. it may be that your memory cache may be full and simply save and reset should work. i have had this come up and all work since my last save was lost, so save often.

root reason is unknown to me though

My friend said if you backup your profile a bunch of times with lots of accounts and use a 2nd controller with one of the new accounts, it will permanently become corrupted. If you don't use a 2nd controller, it will be fine.2013-06-29 23:38:00
