You can place different densities of Residential, Commercial, and Industrial zones on a grid. Each has certain requirement, for example High Density Residential requires: Road Access, Electricity, City Water, and jobs from a High Density Industrial zone. Each 'year' is shown by a timer, and then all the income and expenses of your city are added up and depicted by your game score. Zones give taxes, utility buildings cost maintainence. If you run out of money, the game ends and you lose. The goal is to achieve 50,000 funds (score points). The logic involved is still somewhat buggy... and the map is small to avoid lag. But you get the idea. It was mostly just a concept, and I'll probably make more levels using this logic later on. The only known bug right now is that when trying to place more than 100 of one single type of buildings (not roads) at a time, the tile will delete and become unusual... but hopefully you won't need to place that many of the same building.
