[Battle Arena] Crimson Hollow VS

UPDATED: This level is live! (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=80527-Battle-Arena-Crimson-Hollow-VS) Unsure how to remove/lock a thread or if it's even necessary. So it's been a while. After a handful of non-starter projects that were either not feasible or plain too frustrating, I figured I'd go back and try a new, *simple-ish* battle level in the vein of Arctic Rumble. Features Arena inside an active volcano Roughly 50% larger than AR, more open battling space Grappling points for quick traversal Terrain-changing events with a more dynamic, chaotic feel Killstreak perks with more random prizes All-new custom weapon types Custom spawn points and "set piece" inital spawns More experimentation with camera effects Laser bats! This is significantly more ambitious than AR and I'm trying to build on what my last level did, so if there's any suggestions on what you hated about my recent work, I'm all ears. I'm about 50% done, still lots of terrain editing and general tweaking to do before I go onto the funner stuff. New stuff: https://lbpk-production.s3.amazonaws.com/player_creations/607031/data.jpg Terrain is coming along nicely, though I've been forced to scale back some of the excessive details to eliminate lag. Here's a section that has glowing crystals that pulse light slowly. https://lbpk-production.s3.amazonaws.com/player_creations/607035/data.jpg There are now 4 major tunnels that wind through the arena so you won't always be forced to jump as before. Some will be fairly hazardous (but the rewards should be worth it). https://lbpk-production.s3.amazonaws.com/player_creations/607043/data.jpg Playtest of some evolving terrain. At certain points during the match, lava plates will shoot up under pressure for a period of time, forming obstacles (shown here) or ramps. I've had to go back to the drawing board with this a bit since I had around 80+ individual plates (!!) over the lava that was leading to some bad lag, so now it'll be a more conservative 10. https://lbpk-production.s3.amazonaws.com/player_creations/607027/data.jpg Testing a few new killstreak weapon perk ideas, this is a grenade launcher called "rolling fire" that fires rolling bombs (the one behind me is being fired at me!) that tend to bounce and explode unpredictably.
