Animal Crossing: New Leaf

Hey folks! I just picked up Animal Crossing: New Leaf, and it's already become my new addiction. I've been playing Animal Crossing games since the original on the Gamecube, but so far this is easily the best one yet. Anyone else have it? What do you think? It's quite good. I can't believe how Animal Crossing has evolved. I've been playing it for three days, but I got a few big tasks done. Right now, my aim is to finish the Dream Suite project in my town. Just 100,000 bells to go.2013-06-13 13:40:00

I'm surprised this thread isn't more active... My brother got it for his birthday and he has barely turned it off. I'm getting it (possibly) today. I've been making town tunes while I wait. I figure I'll either use...

Why are you catching sea basses? They don't worth very much (200 bells a fish).

Well, just giving you a heads up, Tom Nook charges you a lot in order to get your house expanded. Sea basses don't sell very well. Therefore, if you only catch sea basses and sell them, it will take a very long time to pay off your house.		2013-07-08 19:53:00

Wow, I've been so busy with school work that I forgot I created this thread! I think it's time to rejuvenate it, since there's tons of people who love the game.

They're slowly getting better. You can play with random people online on the island, and add them from there. If you tell them your friend code.
They may still be using friend codes, but it's not the same as it used to be. This version of Animal Crossing uses the 3DS friend code, so you only have one code, not on a per-game basis like the DS was.
