Cross-controller won't download :I

| Yeah, yeah, yeah. I wanted to download this DLC so I can mess around in LBP2 on my Vita. So, I try to download the cross-controller stuff in my Vita. Everytime, in the middle of the download, it resets itself. It's really bullcrap. Every time I try to download it, it freezes then resets. I don't care about what the store says, this qualifies for a flapping refund. So, what I want to know, either of these things: 1): Is there a way to download this thing online or something? Because it keeps d/cing from LBP2, even when I plug in a USB 2): Can anyone play with me (who has the DLC of course) so I can atleast grab the goodies in the level pack?
