I almost have to have them in my sticker popit and I saw on the internet they're mentioned in the Decoration section but I can't find them anywhere?

It's some decoration, yes. Maybe you just haven't found it, yet. If you're really desperate, grab one from Victoria's levels, they're sticked all over the lollipops.

I already had it just like I thought heck I thought it was his eyes come to find out it's in the Food section of my Decorations and it's a Swirly Candy. Who knew? Thanks

Haha, yeah the only reason I knew was because I had just used that specific decoration right before playing with you so I knew exactly where it was.
