Do you own a PS3 already?

Hey guys,

Just wondering how many of you own a PS3 already? If not, is LittleBigPlanet a reason why you will own one?

Little big Planet, Metal Gear Solid, and God of War 3 are the reasons why the PS3 is my console of choice. So many good gamez. :eek:

I got a PS3, and the reason is probably because I hate the xbox brand, and that sony has creamed the console battle of every generation since playstation came out.2007-06-30 23:02:00

those are also some of the reasons i own a ps3 there are also a few others like socom, not to mention we are also getting The Agency, as well as HOME. but im really looking forward to LBP		2007-06-30 23:04:00

I own the 60gb model. I've been with Sony ever since PSX. I remember my reasoning for switching from N64 to PSX was because the PSX had more, and much better RPGs. Since then, of course...the good RPGs (i.e. Chrono Series, Valkyrie Profile, Mana series) have been in decline. 2007-06-30 23:05:00

LittleBigPlanet was my reason for buying a PS3; I've found it's been pretty useful since then, but I wouldn't have bought it if LittleBigPlanet didn't exist.2008-08-04 04:41:00

I got it because the majority of my friends are Sony fanboys. I have a Xbox 360 & a Wii also though.

PS3 definately gets the most use, but I will switch to 360 to play Fable II when it comes out (in October!!)		2008-08-04 04:42:00

lbp is the only reason i've got a ps3. I love my xbox360 and the achievements system and to tell the truth i would sell my ps3 if not for this wonderfull game and when lbp comes out i don't think i'll play anything else for a very long time. Don't get me wrong i've had nearly every console. Every sega, nintendo and playstation even all the handhelds. I didn't get the first xbox and used to slag it off all the time but because playstation3 was taking it's time coming out i got the xbox360 while waiting and fell in love with it and now everyone i know (family and friends) has got one. I've only got 3 people i know with a ps3. I just can't seem to get up for playing the ps3 and only use it to go on the internet when my girlfriend wants to use the pc to go on facebook. I bought ratchet&clank and drakes fortune when they came out because i had some vouchers and have never put them in the machine. Hopefully now there's the trophy system i will play through them when they are supported. I need lbp to convert me lol2008-08-04 13:52:00

if you can say irony...

i got the metal gear solid 4 pack about 4 weeks ago, and immediately ( on the spot ) sold medal gear solid 4 ( thus creating irony ) and now i have a metal gear solid 4'less ps3, but i don't mind, i bought full auto 2 instead of it, and i think i like it better then i wouldda mgs4, only because i wasnt a fan of the series. i also bought warhawk, which i very much recommend everybody buys, because it is amazing, and it just got the price lowered. It's a must have...

but i dident even know about lbp when i bought it... i only bought it because i was able to split the cost with somebody in my family, because they wanted a bluray player, and i wanted a ps3. i already pre ordered lbp though, and i can see myself buying another game b4 lbp comes out.		2008-08-10 05:19:00
