My psn name is the same as on here. I was born 1970 so yes I'm 43 and I just bought a PS3 in December and i have LBP 1 and 2. I'm learning a decent amount but there's just so much i need help with and I'm looking for people willing to take their time with me to teach me step by step how to do things. I do a lot better if someone tells me in steps what to do and I follow them so if anyone really has the time to help me and trust me I will ask you a lot of times to join me then send me a friends request. As I said I'm 43 so if you're under 18 and ok with helping me that's fine.2013-05-23 06:10:00

Hi,

it's great you are here now
Welcome to LBPC

Dont worry about your age. In LBP nearly nobody cares about the age of the players. I?m 40 for example ^^
You wouldn?t believe how many users here are beyond their thirties and fourthies.
We are not alone

You should accept help from people over 18 too

Charles! Glad to see you've made the jump over here man. I recognize you from the "official" forums. I will now continue on with my normal greeting spiel.
Howdy and welcome to LBPC. So glad you joined. This is really a great place to be. It's an awesome place to make new friends, learn techniques and tricks and just to have a good time. To help you explore the site I'll provide a few links for you.

The Level Showcase (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?40-Level-Showcase) area is the place you want to go to make a thread about your level. We have an optional F4F (feedback for feedback) system where you tell others to check out your level, come back and give feedback/suggestions and you'll do the same for them. It's a valuable system that is underused here. Be sure to use the LBP.me tool (the white bell in a blue box icon) http://www.lbpcentral.com/images/lbpme.png this will pull your level info from LBP.me and place it in the thread for you. NOT WORKING RIGHT NOW
Before posting your awesome creation in the level showcase, please read this handy dandy guide. It will help your get more attention to your thread and your level. The Level Showcase and You, a Guide to level Promotion (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=73343-LBPC-Showcase-Essential-Guide-(For-Dummies))
Spotlights (http://spotlight.lbpcentral.com/) -- In the mood to play some awesome member levels? This is the place to go. We're currently on episode 111!
Help (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?126-LBP2-Help%21) and Tutorials (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?127-LBP2-Tutorials) --Need help with a LBP issue? Check out our extensive tutorial library and help sections. We have tons of extremely knowledgeable members who are more than happy to help out.

That's all for now. In the mean time, have fun and enjoy your time here. If you need anything, please feel free to ask.

Another very helpful area to check out is FAQ (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/faq.php?faq=vb3_board_faq#faq_vb3_board_usage) knowing these will help make your experience here more enjoyable.

Welcome! Glad ya made it!

No worries on your age! I am much older myself! ...so relax and have fun! We are here to help!

However as I mentioned in your other thread, it is hard to just come in and set up a training camp for you. A much better way would be for you to simply post a level you have completed in the Level Showcase, turn on the F4F, then go play tons of other levels that are F4F here and leave them feedback, then ask them to do the same to honor their F4F commitment. That can get you a ton of great feedback and open your eyes to what you need to improve on.

..any other help issues, simply visit the Help forum!

Have fun!
