That's right, I have a problem with my PSN account, the problem is that I can't register any voucher code! I try redeem them on PSP, in PSVita and PC and... Nothing! I get an error that says the code is incorrect, but it is not! Two weeks ago I won a contest in the LittleBigPlanet Spanish forums, and I can't redeem my prize! :| What I can do? I need help!

Call Sony. ...possibly you have the wrong region for the code to work? I dunno, but call Sony. We can't fix that for you. I moved to Help as you ask for help in the General Chat forum.

Make sure the account you are using is the master account. I have the exact problem with redeming codes, since my acc is a sub acc it wont let me redeem codes! Plus i dont know the password to my master acc!!! I get around it by downloading things on my dads account. Since its on the same ps3 i get the dlc too.

That reminds me, I have the same problem with an online pass for Resistance: Burning Skies. It's valid until 2015 and I bought it new, in a store but I won't let me redeem it. :c

Your master account can use all dlc bought on sub accounts, a hassle but a hassle maybe worth it

Give me the code then! 8^) & making a US account for US DLC wouldn't matter you would still need a US version of LBP2 to use the DLC.

Well, based on what you said, it sounds like the code is either from Spain or Mexico. So unless you are in one of those regions, the code will not work. EDIT: I'm sorry I missed your post stating that your in the proper region. I don't know why this could be happening, it would be best to contact Sony support on this one.
