Need logic help: Checking numbers

| I'm making a game that requires exact precision. In this game, Sackpeople will run across the screen for 22 seconds and players must count how many sackpeople of a specific tag passed. I need to make it so at the end of each round, anyone who guessed the exact number of tagged sackpeople will receive points. Also if multiple players guess correctly, the amount of points get distributed evenly among them. So one correct player would get 100 points, two correct players would only get 50 points, three correct players would only get 33 points, and all four correct players would get only 25 points.
