Hay all I hope someone out there can help! We have total of four users on our PS3, three are sub users. Two of the sub users are having problems. When logged into the sub user they are only able to play story mode, no moon, nothing else. When the two bad sub users are logged into main user they have no control over moon. I called PS network and they had me delete the data file and reinstall LBP2. This did resolve the problem! They are stating this is a gaming problem and not the PS3.This issue is only with LBP2 not with LBP. Please someone help me!

You need to play the first 5 story levels to unlock the moon and online gameplay. All your accounts need to do this, or make a profile backup on the main account and copy it to the other accounts and import it.

Also you should go to the master account and go under sub account management, there may be an option that is disabling the Internet connectivity... It's worth a shot! Good luck

Yeah what they said. Also, you have to be connected to the internet sometimes for sub-account moons and earths to work. Feel free to PM me if you need any more help.
