Battle problems!!

Hi,

I'm trying to create a battle level like the final one in the story mode but I'm having a few problems...

Firstly, I'd like to have the AI characters attack only the player. I've created custom karts for the AI characters and used a battle brain on each one, and set them to attack the blue tag. Now, I have set the player's tag as blue, but still the AI characters attack each other. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Secondly, I'd like to create a custom HUD so that it displays how many AI characters are left to destroy. I have set the level so that the AI karts can be hit twice before they explode, and so that they do not respawn (this part works), and so that when all AIs are gone, the game ends (also works).

Any help on these issues would be appreciated!

Good luck with it!

I got past the HUD issue by using stickers that show up when a Klingon ship is destroyed (I'm making a Star Trek battle).

I'm having similar problems with an arena lvl of mine. what worked for me was making it a team versus arena and putting the hoardies (6 of them) on team 2 and the other two spawn points set to players/bots on team 1.

The last issue I am trying to solve is that I do not want the hoardies to be able to defend. Since their weapons are replenished automatically it makes it unfair that they defend my seeker missiles most of the time. I've tried battle brains but I just can't seem to get them to work. I heard that they are considered "off" without a power source but the hoardies still defend even with batteries attached to their battle brains.

So could someone please explain kart brains a lil better please I'm having the darnedest time figuring them out...
