I have this been use in levels in lbp2 and have wondered how they do this i have done this once before with the worm hole by using the turning glitch where you can rotate objects sideways and then placing decorations on the worm hole and the stickers start rotating like 3D wise is there another method to do this. (i will post pictures of it).

I think (someone corect me if im wrong) people put down a grapling hook then place decorations on it. Or it could be another one of the power ups.

I use the Creatinator Object from the tools section of the pop it menu and place decorations on it to have them spin sideways. The drill object from the Incredibles Pack can spin decorations sideways as well.
