I ask for future reference and a specific trouble shoot. I published a level and missed a few things, so I went and made fairly minor corrections and republished. Now at certain times the weapon pick ups have a lag so that they sometimes do not register being picked up for a few seconds. I am just trying to diagnose this mystery EDIT: I believe my specific problem was internet connection based, due to the fact that it was happening on all levels I played upon testing. I am still curious as to tip offs as to when you might have created too much heat.

I've found that the game freezes more often once the thermo is over 50%, especially when I'm building with materials or trying to capture an object - that's the worst. I generally create my objects in an empty level and then place them in my main level, because simply placing objects doesn't seem to cause freezing so often. Also, having many small objects in one area can cause rendering problems, where objects "pop" into view only when you're fairly close. This issue seems to be better since the last update, but if objects are invisible it could be too much complexity. I have one level (Love Panda ch2) that has a maxed out thermo. Although working on the level caused a lot of freezes, the published level doesn't seem to have any problems.

Thanks for info and tip about building objects and bringing them into the level. You would think after 3 Lbp games I would be better at thermo management, instead I could probably max a thermo in an empty level.
