Rep is back; 1 condition

Alright, rep is back in the postbit. I have said numerous times that we wouldn't bring it back, but we found another way to go about it: you cannot, from now on, purchase the ability to see who repped you. Abuse of rep (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/showpost.php?p=82941&postcount=8) constitutes a week-long ban on the first offense, and a permanent ban on the second.

Fair?

I've made changes to the rep system to give it more of an effect. It was a bit weak before, so it's been tweaked to reflect feedback more realistically. I don't really care about my rep level, to be honest; I'd try to be helpful whether or not it was there.

Sorry about the shop listing. That's been fixed.

Coolness. I didn't even know about the rep system before it was taken away, to be honest. To anyone that doesn't know how to give someone or take away someone's rep, all you have to click on is this little icon: http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/images/glassy/buttons/reputation.gif

...and it's self-explanatory from there.
