I just recently found out old account information which held the download for my psp launch shirt I bought some 2 years ago, however, supposedly I was to recieve an email for the cap that comes with it, but my notifications was turned off on the account so I did not recieve an email at any time since then. I'm wondering if I could contact someone to recieve the code for the cap in the original email or if it is to late. Thanks.

Have you tried to contact Sony? ...not sure if there is any contact info in the original email or not, but I would go there first.

supposedly I was to recieve an email for the cap that comes with it I never received an email despite having notifications turned on, the cap simply showed up in the in-game store for free as I had already bought the shirt. The cap itself was a gift from Mm to say sorry for releasing the DLC in some regions for free, therefore, if you were in one of these regions at the time of download you may not have been given access to the cap as it wasn't intended to compensate you.
