The Hunger Games Catching Fire Part One: District 12

DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN THE HUNGER GAMES. SUZANNE COLLINS DOES. THIS LEVEL IS MERELY A TRIBUTE TO HER WORK.

NOTE: THIS IS A SINGLE PLAYER LEVEL ONLY!!!!

After putting it off for months, I finally got around yesterday to finishing the first level in a series of levels I plan on creating based off of "Catching Fire"; the second entry in the Hunger Games Trilogy. For those of you who know about THG, you may recall a series of levels i made in LBP1 based off the first installment. After gaining an unprecedented (for me that is) number of plays, hearts, likes, etc for each of the four levels, I decided to make another series of hunger games levels in response. I busted my butt trying to make this level a quality level and a memorable level too.

Anyway, pay attention to the level description and the instructions inside the level and you should be fine. Tell me what you guys and gals think and be sure to spread the word about this level if you like it.

UPDATE: Today I felt like tinkering on my level while i was waiting for PSN maintenance to finish. As per avundcv's suggestion in his/her review, I tried to add a little atmosphere to my level while also adding or changing a few things I forgot to do when i originally publish this level.

Version 1.2

Trimmed some of the materials up with the corner editor to cut down on the create thermometer

Added a scene with Effie Trinket near the end of the level

Added a few more prize bubbles

Changed Mrs. Everdeen's appearance

Added three 100% gifts to players who collected all six prize bubbles

Nice idea
This level needs a little bit more design. It looks...hm...empty. With a little bit more decoration you can make more atmosphere.
You also could use some light effects and maybe some fitting sound effects to give the player the feeling, she/he really is in Panem.
However, it's worth my yay

I played this today, but didn't get very far i'm afraid . I restarted the level several times, but the gas in Katnis's house killed me, and I never respawned elsewhere. Additionally, you may want to just disable the jump button on the sackbots, or emit/demit them in order so that the player doesn't have to worry about breaking the level because they got jumpy. Let me know when its fixed, and I'll gladly replay it.2013-06-27 04:13:00

I like the idea that you are making a series of Hunger Games levels. Looks like you have made several of them before this.

I died in the same place BurnVictim died. The gas killed me and I didn't respawn. The part I saw before I died could use some more decorations. You can see the below the ground floor and into empty space. I would adjust the game cameras so you dont see underneath the floor.
