In LBPV, you can use materials that create special effects like rain or snow. However, they are better for LBP2 since we have even more materials. Why isn't it in LBP2 when LBPV had it, and do you agree that these effect materials should be in LBP2?

I feel the same. This would be better for LBP at the same time. But LBPV is not made by MM. But i want to see objects from LBPV and LBPK in LBP2. If LBP1 can do it. Then why can't Vita or LBPK do it?

And I agree. Why would LBPV use the snow effect material when LBP1 had the actual snow materials (snow paper and white speckled concrete)? The invisible material would also do good for LBP2 so people don't have to create their own invisible materials. I'd also like it if LBPV can pick up all of the Cross-Controller theme, not just the costumes. That's it! Make a Cross-Controller theme mini-pack for LBPV while make an effects mini-pack for LBP2.

Maybe they could do something like this in the next update instead of giving us DLC that's has no meaning.... I would like to see a lot more level packs but all it is now is just costumes.... Wheres the fun in the game???

The snow material would've been a good effect for my level that takes place in a lodge (which I may never publish because update 1.23 takes too long to load. )

Yes , add more materials , like maybe a rust hole metal material ,or a ice material , glass still is not a substitute for real ice.

The only game with these cool materials is LBPV when LBPV is the one that doesn't have the costumes that I like. So while we need a snow material (and some of my favorite costume pieces) for LBPV, we need these effect materials (rain, snow, ice) for LBP2.

All of the non DLC LBP1/LBP2 materials that are not remade for LBPV or similar to the LBPV objects should be remade for LBPV All of the non DLC LBPV materials that do not have anything similar to LBP1/LBP2 objects should be remade for LBP2.

What about the stickers and decorations? and the other materials, of course. I might like to make a level based on cheese. Since Vita has the Cheese material and I don't have a vita, that's pretty sad. I might love to see a cheesinator. Even though LBP2 has a cheese object, there's no cheese material.

I actually found a good snow (the solid object, not the effects) material in LBPV, so in LBPV, it should be fine. However, what's not fine is that LBPV doesn't have the right costume pieces for the costume I am using in LBP2 (I have a picture of her on two of my recent blog entries). I would like to use the same costume in LBPV as I did in LBP2. I remembered that somebody said that there's no way these effects materials (rain, snow, fog) would be remade in LBP2 because it would use up more memory. I think they should be remade for LBP2. So yeah! Effects materials and stuff like invisible material and ice for LBP2, as the girl costume (the one I'm using in LBP2) and the rest of the Cross Controller items for LBPV.

I'm not sure about that, but whatever. Another thing LBPV has that LBP2 lacks is a decoration spinner. I know it's not a material, but it's a new feature. The question is: Why does LBPV have all that (rain, snow, ice, flowing water, decoration spinner) when LBP1/LBP2 have all of the non-DLC costumes that I like?

LBPVita is the definitive LBP :kz: Muahaha Almost... LBP2 have cool tools too: The Attract-o-gel is awesome! LBP2 have moar level kits, materials, backgrounds, etc... LBP2 have over 8,000,000 levels I wish I had that in LBPVita!
