Basic Logic Help Please

Do we have wobble bolts here?  No. Let's see. Off the top of my head, take a Timer set to 7 seconds, connect its output to a NOT gate, and the NOT gate to the timer's input. | Sorry for being a complete noob, but I need the implied part too. How does the rotator fit into all of this? Really appreciate the help though! Sounds like I was on the right lines ... | That suddenly sounds so obvious ... you can just lie it down to act like a rotator can't you? I'll see if I can get it to work. I just dismissed hinges thinking *apply melted brain voice*: "But it's not a door, hinges are for doors, I need a rotator ahurrrhurrrhurrr." EDIT: The crane finally spins as I intended it to.
