game just arrived... instantly disappointed that the game has no profile import option... it looks like it's in beta state, the blurred graphics even by console standards... so is there a way to get my sack and my stuff from lbp2 over or is this just locked out from the rest of the titles, unless you're shallow enough to play entirely as a dlc costume?

LBP Karting is built using a completely different game engine, with a different create mode and stickering implementation, so it's technically unfeasible to import anything from the other games. A lot of costumes from LBP1 and 2 have been remade in LBPK though, and are available in prize bubbles and level rewards, so you might be able to reconstruct your old costumes by unlocking more stuff.

i gathered that might be the issue but the game generally seems buggy as hell from my first impressions, and dead, which sucks. Simple things like you can't pause whilst using the pod, stuff like that. i see levels where the playercount is "0" in the speech bubble and it always fails to connect...

the new update has all the dlc from the store, so at least you have your dlc
