Knights of Pen and Paper is the kinda goofy combination of an oldschool RPG (think classic Final Fantasy ) and DnD style tropes. A couple friends get together to play a game of DnD, each specefic character has a passive perk, and you assign them a class (Such as Warrior, Paladon, Cleric, Mage, to name a few.) and get going. It's basically a old school RPG, but instead of being all serious, it's a a group of friends light heartedly playing DnD with each other. They sometimes talk in character, but also sometimes talk out of character. There is the constant of a a table you sit at, and the dungeon master who is 'telling' your story. Oh and the graphics are all beautifully pixelated. It is definitely worth the 1.99$ asking price and more.
