Flickering objects. Is it a common bug?

| Just like the name of the topic says. Is objects that are flickering in & out a normal bug that happens to everybody? It only seems to happen mostly with premade objects like the Pinball & even Sackfolk sometimes while in create mode. I don’t remember if I have ever noticed this problem in play mode yet. If you don’t understand what I mean then I’ll explain. While in create mode a object like the metal pinball will briefly disappear sometimes but only it’s graphics. And it mostly only seems to happen when I have a handful of these type of objects out at the same time. I’ve noticed this problem for well over a year now. At first I wondered if there was something going wrong with my PS3... But since it has not been getting any worse far as I can tell and nothing else seems to be wrong on my PS3. | It happens with my money too ! But sometimes it wont come back ! Yes, that's really happening to me too, i think it's not harmful. But have you had a situation when deco is placed on one place, in preview it appears on second (not near) place, and in play mode on third ? I know it's not related, but that bug eats me so much.
