If you look closely the paint splatters are below the logo and really not part of it at all. There are really only two versions. One that looks like the corner is pulled up a bit and the other is not. The latter is the only one I know that was ever replicated in LBP as it was done long before the site redesign back a few years. That redesign contained the logo with the minor change of the lower right corner pulled up which is the one you see currently on the site. I don't know of anyone every replicating that effect in LBP. However, if you just want to add paint splatters below I think there are similar stickers in LBP that should help you create that effect and simply put the LBPC sticker on top.
