The other day I had this idea for a level, about a huge asteroid in deep space. A satellite crashed there and now a team of 'cleaners' (people employed to rid the spaceways of junk) is dispatched to dispose of the remains. Sackthing is part of the team. Upon arrival on the asteroid, the group discover that the satellite crash has unearthed the entrance to a huge mine, buried deep in the asteroid. They enter the mine and discover a facility set up to extract Purple Matter from the asteroid. Purple Matter is one of the most sought after materials in the Imagisphere, as it has been proved to generate energy from almost nowhere. It turns out that there is an abundance of Purple Matter on the asteroid - the team could be rich! While investigating, Sackthing and the team's robot, S8-W3 (based slightly off Wheatley from Portal 2), are separated from the rest of the team. They journey through the huge facility in order to escape, fending off security-bots and malfunctioning systems along the way. I'm not good at sticking to one level idea, but since I have no other ideas to work with, I thought, 'why not?' There are only a couple of things I might need help with: - a possible 'human' name for S8-W3 - a sequencer track that would suit exploring a huge science facility (that would be brilliant) Thanks for reading this, Protoraptor.
