hello, i was searching for any threads on a how to, to get a moving background behind a stationary position to make it look like an elevator scene, but i cant seem to find any, maybe im searching wrong? can someone help me please either with a link or maybe on a how to... anyways thanks for any help in advance

Maybe use an animated material? Or, perhaps, use an emitter that emits, maybe, buildings that travel down behind the elevator. Just remember to use a game camera to keep the rest of the world hidden from the elevator. Hope this helped.

Something like this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEplXDGqtAM), maybe? It's a bit off base of what you want, but you can apply it. Basically you'd emit what ever you would want behind your elevator. I'd take a picture of what you'd like to have behind your elevator, put it on sticker panel and emit it.
