I put the "or could design one" part because a lot of times I design things that i'd never WANT to be, because it'd be dreadful, but it was cool in design aspect. Anyways, I made this thread to get to know everyone. I actually had a super hero (like) rp thread on another forum. It was more magical then spider man-esque though. So, I'll give you at least 2 of my favorite from that RP, you can give me as many as you can come up with though. 1 - Was Hoponia, inspired by Hope's mom (from Final fantasy13) and the Teacher (I forget her name...) who's a housewife on Fullmetalalchemist. So you guessed it, she's a Mom, and mom's are tough. She's also half bunny though. :blush: 2 - Was Elisabeth, in my RP, everyone is over powered. She didn't show up much because of story reasons, but she was the original person set out to defeat the bad guy. She grows White rose petals out of her back like angel wings, and is blessed with godly blessings,(so lots of priest magic) hence, being set out to destroy the bad thing. So, what's yours?

I wouldn't be able to decide between the power to stop or slow down time at will (while being able to move at normal speed), or instant teleportation. Obviously, time control would be more useful. You could use it to create the illusion of teleportation to other people. But there's an incredible coolness about being wherever you want in the wink of an eye. Besides, the potential for crime that comes with time-controlling powers is a bit scary.

I'd rather become a supervillain: Badchap (because my Finnish name translates for "Chap.") I'd find an excuse to wear a similar mask as Bane in TDKR and talk like him. I'd also have psychic powers, so I couldn't be hurt by small and fast projectiles and I would be super bada** and I would "break" superheroes. Badchap away!

Or would your legs dissappear? :o Wouldn't merging be impossible since two objects cannot occupy the same point in space? It'd probably be the people teleporting who lost a part of themselves, since they're the ones zipping from one place to the other. But where would the lost parts go? This kind of speculation is more appropriate for the teleportation thread, though.

Straying from completely boss superpowers, I think itd be cool to have the power of sound... With just your body, you could imitate any sound and add any effect, at any volume. You could also control where sounds go, or block/keep sounds confined to a certain area. Want to talk to someone about something secret? You could just make a sound bubble around the two of your heads, and yell about it in public and no one would hear you. Those stupid freshman wont shut up? Well then just block it off; if theyre feet from you you still wouldnt hear them. Want to embarrass someone? Just have a 100% life-like fart sound go off underneath their chair, even if they're across the room.

Seeing colors outside of what normal humans can see, listen to sounds outside of what normal humans can hear. Maybe even feel dimensions outside of the 3 dimensions we can feel?

Come to think of it, I have a better idea for myself. I would be very smart and have good stamina overall, have great skills at conversations to make people bend to my will unless it's completely out of their characters and whenever I would die, the cells in my body burn up and recreate themselves, more commonly known as 'regenerating.'

I was playing this Marvel table top game, like DnD but with cards, and marvel characters. and my character Astell had Mind blasts, that did damage, and confused the target. She also had telepathy, and illusions, that worked together to make people see and do things that aren't actually happening. but my favorite thing about her are her forcefield powers. you hear forcefeild and you think, defensive, protection, that sort of thing, i would use them to create tiny forcefeilds inside of a persons heart or brain and have it expand.
