We have a PT test once every semester in JROTC, we train for it. I do Tae Kwon Do which boosts my score significantly. I'll pull my results from last year offthe top of my head... so here are the approximate results:

Pushups - 50
Sit ups (in a minute) - 90
Pull ups - 10
Sprints - 51 secs (I hate running)
Leaps - 6 feet

I've improved since then, as this was in May of last year. I'm currently around 125-130 push ups without taking a rest.

That's odd, we don't play music while we do PT, we just run around.

A little piece of advice on getting fit, listen to Eye of the Tiger while you exercise.

Srmn! I'm 12 too! Awesome.

Well, my last physical test was in early 2008 and I've probably improved...
Curls: WTF are they?!
Situps: About 80 in a min.
Pushups: 20- Not my strong point.
Sprint: Well in September 2008 a came 11th out of my whole school in cross country around Richmond park in Richmond, London. (13km)
Suprisingly, I hate sprinting...
So it seems I'm the fittest 12 year old here, unless anyone wants to compete...

Lolzy doodles...

I didn't do physical testing. The only thing I had to do was run the mile, which I promptly did in 5:30. (I beat my previous school recorded time of 12 minutes.)2009-01-21 23:13:00

12 year olds WONT take over, becasue they have no taste in music !!! MAIDEN FTW!!!(also off topic ftw )

Get back in the 21st century grandpa >.>

I'm 19 btw, 20 in a few months, so you can't give me any of the young crap lol.

As for fitness. I just work out for about half hour. I do press ups towards the end, and by that point they're tired from the weights, so only 20.

Also, as for running, i'm a great short distance runner. Not timed myself in years though.

I'm pretty fit, this is at the top of my head, but I'm certain it's accurate.

Push-Ups : Finish the audio track, which is about 150...
Sit-Ups : Same thing, probably a bit more than Push-Ups
Pull-Ups : Never done those, ever... A bit strange...
Curl-Ups : About 100.
Sprinting : I don't really know, but my average time for running the mile was a little under the 7 minute mark.

I'm 17 though.

We also had to run a mile and I did it in 6:19.
