Idle freeze up

| I was playing on LBP2 (was in my pod) and put my controller down to go fix my daughter something to eat. When I came back my TV screen was black and my controller would not respond. There was no sound either. This has happened 3 times. Instead of going to the scenes it use to show it locks up. It doesn't do it when I'm idle on PSN or on MY Moon. The controllers are fully charged, TV seems fine and there doesn't seem to be any issues with my PS3. Could this be something the patch changed? Anyone else have this happen?
